Went to lots of great networking events in my local town of Huddersfield
Googled the whole of the internet, watched all the webinars and listed to all of the podcasts!
Started applying my knowledge to the family account and got amazing results and increased sales from Facebook Sep – Dec19!
Launched my website (using the toolkit guide)
Running my own Facebook and Instagram Ads group for beginners and talking with potential clients for work in 2020 (Alongside IT Job)
Started formally Training in Facebook and Instagram Ads
Looking good for full time freelancing working around my family 🙂
The Social Media Managers Toolkit
One of the reasons I bought it is because it was set up by two women, like me creating a business around their family life. They had their own small businesses previously and had trained in Social Media and Facebook Advertising with various accredited education providers.
It was positioned as everything you needed to do to set up as a Social Media Manager. Sold.
In the toolkit they provide LOADS of practical resources.

- Guides on finances , GDPR compliance and PR
- My favourite and well worth the money alone for this – Building a Website. I have used template sites such as wix.com before but this tells you step by step how to build a great looking WordPress site.
